Our hospice run regular fundraising campaigns and each one requires a fairly bespoke donation form to match the theme of the campaign. GravityForms is great for building the forms but preparing our financial reports each year is a nightmare. We have to export the entries from each form (the number grows each year) and merge the data before sending it to our accounts department.
